Stoker Residential Management is a locally owned, Full-service boutique property management company founded by Patrick Stoker, an Arlington native and licensed real estate broker. Patrick has been licensed since 1999.
We specialize in providing high-quality, personalized service to our owners and residents alike. We are able to do so because we have intentionally chosen to keep our portfolio of managed properties small. We feel this choice allows us the best opportunity to respond to the needs and concerns of our owners and residents.
When residents are happy, they stay. When residents stay, income is steady and owners are happy. Crafting and nurturing this circle of happiness and trust is what we view as our primary task at Stoker Residential.
